Let's cook bruschetta!
The hardest part of this recipe is the pesto sauce, so let's start with it.
We need:
  1. Garti board - 1 pc. (There we go again! You know it!)
  2. Basil leaves - 2 cups
  3. Parmesan - 50 gr.
  4. Cashews - 1/3 cup
  5. Lemon - 1 pc.
  6. Salt - ½ tsp
  7. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
Let the magic begins!
Wash and dry the basil leaves well. Then you need to fry the nuts in a pan until they turn golden brown. Remove the zest from the lemon, then rub the cheese. Put all the ingredients in a blender, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon and put salt. Begin to grind and add olive oil in process. Blend it until smooth and voila! Your pesto sauce is ready! You are gorgeous as always!

Pesto sauce + sun-dried tomatoes
